  • We’ve conceived of and have grown an Airbnb vacation rental business to answer the post-COVID vacationer. It included identifying, re-thinking and re-purposing entire homes as well as building ground-up properties to provide rich vacation experiences for large groups.

    On the recreational front, we have evolved and grown a world-class golf resort in central Wisconsin. Kinetic Partners is leading the efforts to develop a master plan identifying the best development opportunities for the next decade, and transform the golf resort into a year-round destination for families.

    For every hospitality project, Kinetic Partners creatively rises to the opportunity. We define facilities (accomodations, food and beverage, amenities) and infrastructure and strategize how to support a full range of high-end and hospitality-driven experiences.   • Kinetic Partners was integral in the development of Salt Creek Medical Campus – a 5-building medical center in affluent Hinsdale, Illinois. We approached the assignment strategically, targeting medical users who were synergistic to each other, creating a medical ecosystem. It required looking beyond infrastructure and looking at our customer’s customer. We led the leasing strategy by pursuing referral patterns to draw tenants and to make the property the distinguished medical destination it is today.
